Design Sprint
Solve Big Problems and Test New Ideas
INTRODUCTION
What is Design Sprint
Design Sprint is a process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping and testing ideas with customers. It's an intense five-day process that has been used by companies like Google, IDEO and Airbnb to generate new products or features.
OUR APPROACH
Remote Design Sprint
With the Remote Design Sprint, you be able to compress months of work into a few days - without any travel time or hotel reservations. Everyone can participate remotely anywhere.
HOW IT WORK
STEP 1
UNDERSTAND
We frame out the best ideas or problem in a strategic way so that it worth to do a design sprint
STEP 2
MAP
We define the challenge and produce mass of solutions
STEP 3
SKETCH
We explore several paths and solutions, then we sketch out the solutions, each person will have their very own or similiar solutions
STEP 4
DECIDE
We curate and vote for the best solutions, then we define the prototype through storyboard
STEP 5
PROTOTYPE
We create a high-fidelity prototype based on the concept solutions
STEP 6
TEST
We present the prototype to 5 users/potential customers and each of the interviewed will be recorded with the answers we want to know
THE REQUIREMENT
In order to success
A small multidisciplinary team of 4 to 7 people were brought together and all had a role during the first three days. On Day 4 and 5 our prototype will be taken care of by us Vermaze. Later we schedule another day to walk through the results and plan out the next step.
THE OUTCOME
Most companies spend months and millions of dollars developing products that don’t meet the needs of their customers.
