Helping real estate professionals streamline mortgage management

iMortgage2U is a comprehensive SaaS platform designed to optimize the property purchase cycle for agents, bankers, and legal professionals. By integrating all necessary workflows into one system, it simplifies loan processing, enhances collaboration, and drives efficiency.

With features such as loan tracking, legal updates, and commission management, iMortgage2U ensures that every stakeholder in the property buying journey stays informed and connected.

The problem

Simplifying the
complex property purchase cycle

iMortgage2U is a feature-rich platform for bankers, agents, and lawyers, but it’s complexity overwhelmed users. Our task was to simplify the experience, making it intuitive for all parties involved in the property purchase cycle.

The dashboard analytics lacked insight and the ability to compare data over time.

Agents struggled to navigate as they needed to refer to multiple documents at once in reality.

Users faced a poor experience, struggling to find essential features within the platform.

Our approach

Restructuring with a new sitemap

To simplify the app’s vast structure, we started by analyzing the existing sitemap and realigning it to focus on agents’ priorities, such as loan approval tracking and commission management.

Simulating real-world transactions for key improvements

Other than analyzing the existing screens to understand each feature’s purpose, who used it, and why it was essential.

We also simulated the property purchase journey in Malaysia—from booking a unit to loan approvals and legal contracts. This allowed us to translate complex, real-world interactions into a streamlined digital experience.

Optimized for quick Information access

We focused on making the design easy to glance through and digest, ensuring users could quickly find essential information.

By maintaining clear communication with the client through regular video check-ins and Figma comments, we made sure updates were aligned with their needs.

Our design led to a cleaner and more structured interface, making it straightforward for users to find and utilize the necessary information.

We reduced clutter by ensuring that the customer profile remained visible even when additional modals were open. This approach prevents agents from having to flip back and forth between screens or documents, enabling them to keep crucial information at their fingertips at all times.

The platform now offers tailored recommendations, suggesting not only suitable properties but also the best bank loans for each customer based on their unique profiles.

Finally, we enhanced reporting capabilities, providing insights into branch and salesperson performance, making it easier for managers to track sales and measure project success.
